Leadership
CrossPoint Alliance Church is ultimately under the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ. Under His authority the congregation selects Elders to serve as the spiritual leaders of the church. They provide spiritual care and leadership both in a personal and corporate sense. The Senior Pastor serves as the chairman of the Elders and is accountable to them for his role. All other pastoral staff are elders equal to those chosen by the congregation.
